KECO Tabs Return Policy

KECO designs and sells professional Glue Pull Repair tools and systems. This page explains how returns work for KECO products and how policies vary by product type.

This return policy applies only to products purchased directly from KECO by the original purchaser, with proof of purchase. It does not apply to products purchased through distributors or third-party sellers.


Who Is Eligible

  • The original purchaser of the KECO product.
  • Proof of purchase is required. KECO can help locate orders placed directly through kecotabs.com.
  • Products must be returned in the condition described in this policy.

Standard Product Returns

Most KECO products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are:

  • New and unused.
  • In original packaging.
  • Complete with all parts, accessories, and materials.

If these conditions are met, KECO will issue a refund for the purchase price once the product is received and inspected.

KECO System and Kit Returns

KECO Collision Systems and Kits are covered by a 90-day return period.

If you are not making money with your system, you may return it within 90 days for a refund of the purchase price.

KECO Glue Pull Repair Systems & Kits

Returned systems must include:

  • The full KECO cart or frame.
  • All KECO tools, lifters, towers, and accessories originally included.
  • All storage drawers, foam inserts, and holders.

Consumable items such as glue, alcohol, or damaged tabs do not need to be returned.


What Is Not Eligible for Return

  • Used or damaged tools (except under the 90-day System return policy).
  • Consumable products such as glue, alcohol, or single-use tabs.
  • Products not purchased directly from KECO.
  • Products missing major components or returned incomplete.
