Elim A Dent The Claw Heat Gun Mount with Suction Cup
The Claw Suction Cup Mount from Elim A Dent is like having a third reliable hand while working on PDR jobs. This PDR heat gun holder grips a heat gun perfectly while you work on those heavy dents and is able to maneuver to the correct angle.
The mount consists of a 4.5" suction cup attached to 15 links of spinal cord encased in a Spinal Cord Sock. The elbow section makes it easy to twist with flexibility and accuracy. The sturdy Ram Claw end mount is very useful for holding a heat gun in the proper location when working on severe damage or aluminum panels.
Just like any other Elim A Dent PDR tool, this suction cup mount is meticulously crafted and extremely useful.

I have a light setup with this type of suction cup and they both worked very good!

At first it worked great then after a while the part where the links are mounted to the base would come loose and I would constantly have to titen the bolt then one day I went to take the links off to titen the bolt and the bottom link broke and ever time I would try to take the broken link off the next one would break. Very frustrating do yourself a favor and buy the getagrip one.

The pivot pin falls out the moment you open the claw. Once attached the claw grips the heat gun very well. The pivot parts on the flexible arm need to be torqued down tighter that the factory settings to hold the weight of a standard heat gun. I returned the first one, I am going to put a piece of tape over the second one that was shipped to avoid loosing the pivot pin. I am going to purchase the Get A Grip holder next and hope for a better product.

I love the adjustable lock line and it’s ability to hold a heavy heat gun when Emmy lost one would sag and fall. Not to mention the cover the keep it from scratching the vehicles paint work!
