The offer was pictured with the wrong tabs and products! We were not able to use our needs within our Projekts! The smaller tabs get stuck on the keco robo lifter, there is probably a production error. I am still using my old lifter. Communication with the keco staff was difficult with discussions, they did not understand our wishes and expectations even they send us the wrong product. The my email according the delivery return, I asked something as well but never get an reaction! All very unfortunate, that is not how you treat customers!
