Returns
Standard Policy: Return any new, unused item within 30 days for a refund of the purchase price.
KECO System Return Policy: Return a Keco brand collision system within 90 days for a
refund of the purchase price. If you aren’t making money with your kit,
just ship it back—no questions asked.

GermanyThe offer was pictured with the wrong tabs and products! We were not able to use our needs within our Projekts! The smaller tabs get stuck on the keco robo lifter, there is probably a production error. I am still using my old lifter. Communication with the keco staff was difficult with discussions, they did not understand our wishes and expectations even they send us the wrong product. The my email according the delivery return, I asked something as well but never get an reaction! All very unfortunate, that is not how you treat customers!

Finland United StatesAdmittedly, I wasn't sure if the Robo Lifter would be good quality. I'm not sure why I thought that though, I have a K beam and keco Glexo kit. However, pull power is excellent, and the variety of tabs is impressive, and very nice to have. The precision base is excellent, as well as the crease feet. I'm very happy. Thanks KECO!
United StatesIt is very helpful to be able to swivel the feet on this lifter when, for instance, you are pulling on a curved panel or a roof rail, so as to avoid , sometimes leaving marks from the feet because they aren't seated flat on the panel. Also, for those who travel a lot, it folds nice and flat.
